 "Daily" Child Attendance Recording: Important Policy Reminder

If you already have a sign in/sign out procedure just ensure that it has the headings that CACFP requires as shown below:

Childs Name |Date |Time In | Parent Signature | Time Out | Parent Signature

This is mandatory by OCC and CACFP so go ahead and get organized!!! 

A couple different options on organizing this "sign in/out" procedure are:

• Create a form with the above headings - have all parents sign on same form daily.

OR

• Use a 1/2" Binder and Divider tabs - each child has their own divider - create the same form as above only each child will have their own section for parent to turn to and sign in/out.  (Jeannie's idea)

Your Food Monitor or OCC Licensing Specialist may have other suggestions, if so, please share with us.
